The first step is probably figuring out what type of cake, and flavour of cake is your workplace. The different ingredients are you and your co-workers. Some ingredients may work well together to make a delicious cake, some ingredients don't. That is why, there is a recipe, so you know what ingredients to put together, how, and at what times to do that. At work, the principle is the same.
